Problems without Dataset

There are some problems which don't have any datasets. Without submitting, its not possible to know whether they have data sets or not. In previous system there was the flag system. But now, its not easy to know whether a problem contains data set or not. Mainly I remember in volume 9, there are many problems which don't have any data sets.

At least there should be topic in the forum which should contain the problem set which don't have the data sets, and when a data set is added, then the problem should be removed from the list.

There is a red tick showing the availability of the dataset. Btw, we encourage you to provide us datasets for the missing problems!
